    Day 1: Hochiminh – Cu chi Tunnel – Transfer to Cai Be

    Pick up at your hotel and transfer with bikes for an hour to the outskirts of Saigon. Cycle on single track trails through a village where farmers of Cu Chi .Doing their daily life such as, making bamboo baskets, bamboo furniture, and collecting rubber latex. You will also see big rural family rice-paper workshops. This land was not only the hidden area but also fighting and living area of Viet Cong during the Vietnam War from 1965 to 1975. Have a picnic lunch after visiting the tunnel, then transfer Cai Be Town. Upon  arriving we commence cycling to another local ferry where we will cross the Mekong River to ride to local eco guest house on the island. In the evening, We join with the host to cook some local dishes. Enjoy our dinner.overnight on the island.

    Day 2: Cai Be Kayaking  and Cycling to Tra Vinh

    Wake up early in the morning to enjoy Sunrise by Kayak though stunning fruit farm to vibrant  floating market where you  will be able to observe the daily life of fishmen and their activties on river.
    Having breakfast, check out and drive to Tra Vinh, The ride today is great as we cycle through villages with many small brigdes.Lunch break at local restaurant.Late afternoon, cycling through the kingdom of Coconut in Ben Tre. Take a local ferry crossing the Mighty Mekong River,cycle to hotel in Tra Vinh.

    Day 3: Tra Vinh Cycling and Kayaking  to Can Tho

    Have hearty breakfast in hotel. We start new cycling day by riding through endless rice paddy fields. You have  chance to experience why Vietnam is the second export rice after Thailand. Then you will ride past traditional villages of Khmer, most of people here still keep their own traditional way of living style. Thacth houses are still popular used and associated within Khmer communities in Vietnam. Stopping at some colourful Khmer Buddhist temples, right here our bike guides will tell you the big difference between two branches of Buddhism. One is Mahayana and other is called Theravada. Continue your bike adventure in the afternoon with exploring tropical fruit orchards and mingle with crowd on bike on islands of pomelo, longan and orange. The cycling of an afternoon give an opportunity to spend more time on ferry through bendy small river to outskirts of Can Tho city. A 30 minutes transfer will to take to hotel for beers and relax.’

    Day 4: Can Tho – Floating Market – Cycling to Chau Doc

    Today the scenery is completely contrast with last day. After taking short transfer to Tri Ton, we commene riding on . gently undulate and mountains begin to loom as you ride closer and closer to Chau Doc. The presence of Thot not trees indicates the growing proximity to Cambodia and the local people speak Vietnamese as their second language. This afternoon you will cycle to the killing fields of Vietnam at Ba Chuc, where Polpot’s regime massacred over 3,000 Vietnamese in 1978. The route loops round to Chau Doc from Ba Chuc along the border, or re-track back to Tri Ton (depending on road conditions) and ride the rest of the way to Chau Doc along incredible country roads. Those with energy to spare can climb Sam Mountain for sunset (if the time and the weather is available)!  Have dinner and stay overnight in Chau Doc

    Day 5: Chau Doc Kayaking – Cycling to Ha Tien

    Another early start as you board a boat and explore the amazing riverside market with all its bustling activity and smorgasbord of sounds, colours, and smells. The boat continues through fish farm villages where tons and tons of fish are bred in cages beneath floating homes, to an ethnic Cham village with its famous Mubarak Mosque. Here you will also witness women weaving using traditional methods. You then cycle along a pleasant road, passing vibrant green rice fields, crossing many bridges, seeing towering limestone formations in the distance. There is plenty along the way to see, from the contrasting architectural styles of ethnic Khmer homes, to the numerous colourful Khmer pagodas now you are getting closer to Cambodia. By the late afternoon you arrive in Ha Tien which has a forgotten feel but still retains a certain charm with its shuttered terraces, crumbling colonial buildings and mats of seafood drying in the sun…

    Day 6: Ha Tien  Cycling Cross border to Kep ( Cambodia)

    After breakfast in the hotel, we leisurely bike along the border of these 2 countries and heading to the sea. After clear the custom at Xa Xia border gate we continue one more hour biking to Kep passing rice field, school along the sugar palm lined paths. We take some short break visit small fishing village, located on the Gulf of Siam. Tonight we stay in an elegant comfortable bungalow seaside resort, so we can jump into the sea and enjoy the colorful sunset.

    Day 7: Kep  Cycling to Elephant Mountain – Sihanouk Ville

    The support van will bring you to the foot of Elephant Mountain where we start the biking. The new asphalt road was only the beginning, completed in 2012. Up to the top there is a colonial church and a huge new casino.  In the good weather day, the view is spectacular. In the afternoon we bike along the beach passing the coconut forest and Chinese community heading to Sihanouk Ville.  Some free time in the late afternoon is just for relax at a private beach.

    Day 8 :  Sihanouk Ville – Fishing village – Rubber plantation – Water Falls.

    Today we start early from the start point near the airport, we ride on the path along the white sand beach of "Riviera of the East", founded by Prince Sihanouk in 1965. Wealthy Khmer spent their summer here and now, many travelers from all over the world.  Our first stop at the finishing village where you meet, and talk and visit the home of local fishermen, next we ride in to the green of rubber ruber plantation. The trip ends at the waterfall where you could relax and have some light lunch before going back to resort for whole afternoon at the beach.

    Day 9: Sihanouk Ville – Transfer to Chi Phat Nature Reserve Trekking

    Have Hearty breakast in Resort. Our driver will transfer you to the riverside community of Andoung Teuk. Board the Chi Phat Community boat for a 2 hour upstream journey along the Preak Piphot River. During this ride, be on the lookout for birds and mammals coming to the water's edge to drink. Upon arrival in the small, remote community of Chi Phat you meet the eco-tourism staff and get a short introduction regarding their hard work within the community. Afterwards have lunch and discuss the activities for the following days. Then check-in to your home-stay, a traditional Khmer home with basic facilities (mosquito net, fan, toilet, bathing area), and meet your host family. You will then walk to the nearby Chhay Chrey rapids with a local guide (about 2km, 1 mile) where you can relax in the cool refreshing waters. On return to the village you will have dinner after which it is an early night to be prepared for an early start the following day.

    Day 10: Trekking Trip From Chi phat toVeal Ta Prak

    Waking early whilst it is still dark you meet your community guide and forest cook, board your motorboat and cruise along the cool waters. As the sun rises and you are entertained by the skies changing colors you can enjoy your breakfast. Soon you turn off the Preak Piphot River and sail up the secluded and winding Stung Pruit River. After an hour the motorboat cuts its engines and you transfer to a traditional row boat and continue upstream. Now being engine-less you can really appreciate the silence of the surroundings and hear birds from the thick forests lining the river. This is the ideal opportunity to see the area's birdlife as well as watching out for other wildlife such as monkeys and flying squirrels. Eventually the rowboats arrive at a small clearing where you disembark, and begin your Cardamom trekking. Here you disappear into the forest, follow the winding and undulating trail which is full of exotic sights, scents and sounds, including gibbons calling from high up in the tree tops. Lunch is taken next to a scenic river and you will be amazed at how quickly your forest cook sets up the campfire and prepares a hot, basic but tasty meal. After relaxing the trek continues, on route the guide will point out various signs of wildlife and various plants. Try the delicious forest leaves and fruits which he suggests. In the early afternoon you reach your low-impact campsite and hammocks are strung up. Later on, you may wish to walk to Veal Ta Prak the nearby grassy clearing / watering hole. Here you can look out for hornbills, parrots, wild pigs, deer and monkeys. Hike back to the camp where the forest cook will have prepared your dinner. The rest of the evening can be spent around the campfire exchanging stories and gazing up into the star night.

    Day 11: Trekking from Veal Ta Prak - to Chi Phat

    Another early start as you return to Veal Ta Prak to spot more wildlife animals. Back at the camp you will have some breakfast and continue your Cardamom trekking tour as you follow old logging trails back to Chi Phat. Much of today's trekking is through secondary forest as most of the valuable primary forest was logged during the wild and tumultuous 1980's that this area witnessed. After some time you leave the shade of the trees behind and descend across open, parched and sandy grassland. Back in Chi Phat you will have lunch. In the afternoon you are free at leisure and may wish to visit the nearby rapids for a refreshing swim. After freshening up, a tasty dinner will be served at the Community Ecotourism Office and then you can wander around the village and experience rural community night life

    Day 12: Chi Phat  Cycling and Transfer to Phnom penh

    You may wish to rise early this morning in order to walk down to the river and watch the magical sunrise and the villagers slowly waking up. After breakfast you bid farewell to Chi Phat as you journey back by motorbike taxi to Andoung Teuk. On arrival at Andoung Teuk you will catch bus and return to Phnom Penh, allowing you time to reflect on the wonderful and unique Cardamom Mountain trekking experience you have enjoyed in the seldom visited mountains of Cambodia, and taking away very fond memories

    Day 13: Phnom Penh – City Tour

    Explore this bustling city’s major sights by cyclo, including Wat Phnom, the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda and the National Museum. In the afternoon visit the Independence Monument, Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and Choeung Ek killing fields by van. Return back to the hotel for relax and  have dinner in local restaurant.

    Day 15: Siem Reap – Angkor Cycling

    This morning you begin your cycle exploration of the incredible Angkor temples. Today focusing on the Small Circuit which features temple greats such as: the pyramid of Takeo, the jungle-clad Ta Prohm made famous by the Hollywood blockbuster ‘Tomb Raider’; Sras Srang known as the King's bathing pond; and the impressive Royal City of Angkor Thom, where you will find the Bayon, a temple famed for its many gigantic carved faces smiling beguilingly down at you. You will also visit other important sites in this immense walled city. After lunch it is time to take on the majestic Angkor Wat, the world’s largest religious building. After being initially inspired by its overall size you will explore in more detail, getting up close and personal to fully appreciate its architecture and intricately detailed bas-reliefs. After returning to the hotel you are free at leisure to experience Siem Reap’s nightlife which includes many fine restaurants and lively bars.

    Day 16: Ang Kor cycling loop

    Today you pedal north towards Banteay Srei. This cycle ride is a real delight as you pass through pleasant Cambodian countryside and its friendly villagers. On route we will stop off at a couple of villages to get a closer look at the wooden stilted homes and every day life. One thing you will notice for sure is large black pots in people’s gardens containing a thick light brown bubbling mixture - this area is famed for its sugar palm tree sweets, sure to give any cyclist a much needed energy boost! On arrival at Banteay Srei you will be struck by its delicate beauty. It is an elaborately decorated temple, embellished with floral motifs and scenes from the Ramayana, all carved from pink sandstone. It is said the carvings must have been done by women as the detail is too fine for the hands of a man. You will have lunch at a local restaurant, after which you cycle back towards Siem Reap, and depending on the time explore some of the temples on the Grand Circuit such as: Preah Khan or ‘Sacred Sword’, one of the largest temples at Angkor; Neak Pean surrounded by fountains and ponds; and Banteay Kdei. This evening you will enjoy dinner and a mesmerising Apsara dance performance.
